A mini bus HVAC system is a climate control system for minibuses. Its particularity lies in the fact that minibuses have a larger range of spaces. They can be less than 28 seats or less than 8 seats. For a relatively large space like 28 seats, a minibus air conditioner model with a large cooling capacity is required. For a smaller space like 8 seats and in countries where the ambient temperature is not hot, an electric air conditioner, also known as a parking air conditioner, can also be selected.
The basic principle of bus air conditioners is similar to that of household air conditioners, but the actual appearance and design are very different. Bus air conditioners are integrated designs and are installed on the top of the bus.
Traditional bus air conditioners are specially installed on diesel buses. Its power source is the engine of the bus. The engine and compressor are connected by a belt. When the bus is running, the engine drives the bus air conditioner compressor to run together. Then the compression-condensation-expansion-evaporation cycle is completed to achieve the cooling effect.
Electric bus air conditioners are specially installed on pure electric buses. Its power source is the high voltage electricity between DC 280-700 of the electric bus. The compressor is driven by electricity to complete the refrigeration cycle.
Minibuses are special because of their large space range. If the space is large, electric bus air conditioners with large cooling capacity or engine air conditioners with large cooling capacity must be used. If the passenger space is not large and the ambient temperature is not high, you can also choose to install 1~2 electric minibus aircon. This is also called parking air conditioners.
This mini is relatively mini. Compared with bus air conditioners with super large cooling capacity, there are indeed some relatively mini air conditioners to choose from. However, the cooling capacity of this type of air conditioner is relatively low. 3. Expansion valve: The high-pressure liquid is reduced in pressure and temperature through a narrow channel and becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture.
4. Evaporator: The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant absorbs the heat of the air in the bus, evaporates into gas, and completes the refrigeration;
