An electric bus air conditioner is a temperature control system designed specifically for electric buses. It does not rely on the engine of a traditional fuel bus, but is driven by a high-voltage power pack to achieve cooling, heating and air circulation functions.
Drive mode: The power battery pack drives the permanent magnet synchronous motor through high voltage electricity, thereby driving the scroll compressor to operate, without the need for engine belt drive.
Energy efficiency optimization: The speed can be adjusted using variable frequency technology to adapt to different load requirements and improve energy efficiency.
Core components: compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, dry filter, etc.
Working principle: The compressor compresses the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, which becomes liquid after heat dissipation through the condenser. After that, it enters the evaporator through the expansion valve throttling to absorb heat, and finally sends cold air through the blower. Circulation work to achieve heat transfer in the bus. The operating principle is basically the same as that of traditional bus air conditioners.
A. PTC electric heating: Directly heat the air or coolant through the electric thermistor, with a simple structure but high energy consumption.

4. Check the drain hole: Check whether the drain hole at the bottom of the evaporator is blocked. It is recommended to use a thin wire or other methods to dredge and clean up the debris.
